Fireworks Online Order – FAQ

1. How quickly will you process for click and collect or ship my Fireworks Order?

Click & Collect : Order processing usually takes few minutes after reservation. You can reserve your fireworks online or on phone and collect rightaway.

Delivery in London: Delivery time will depend on your location e.g. same day or 1-2 working days. Quick shipping is available in some instances. Shipping and collection in available only between following date

Guy Fawkes – Bonfire Night Fireworks, November 5

  •  15th October to 10th November.

Diwali Fireworks

  • The day of Diwali and 3 days immediately before.

New Year’s Eve Fireworks – Christmas Fireworks

  • 26th December to 31st December.

Chinese New Year Fireworks

  • The day of Chinese New Year and 3 days immediately before.

Fireworks cannot simply be left on your doorstep. A signature of adult 18+ is required. We may ask for ID if you look under 25.

2- How much do I have to spend to get free Firework delivery?

We offer free delivery within M25 on orders over £200.00. Some exceptions apply*.If your order does not qualify for free shipping then there will be a extra fee for delivery, contact us for cost.

Note: Additional delivery charges apply to orders in congestion zone.

 3- Do you guarantee shipping times?
Although our deliveries are nearly always on time, couriers do not guarantee transit time for dangerous good shipments. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist and to it back on track.
However, we shall not be help responsible for orders that arrive later than expected and we shall not refund them or accept any returns. But please be aware that, if your order right at the deadline, there is some risk on your part.

4- Give us the right information we need to deliver your order promptly.

Please be sure to provide your full shipping address and mobile number. We will give you call and let you know your slot time e.g. 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Make sure to answer your mobile, unfortunately our courier wouldn’t be able to wait more than 5 minutes.

5- How do the bonus rewards items for online fireworks orders work?

Fireworks Town offer bonus fireworks rewards for online reservation, get FREE FIREWORK with your Fireworks purchase. Please note that the value of the free fireworks you will get is based on your order total. It will not show up in basket but they will be added when we pack your order. Your order will not eligible for free goods, if all items in your basket are on deal.
